PURPOSE: A tape cutter for a part-mounter is provided to prevent a wasted tape from being pushed by a cutter when a waste tape is cut by including a rotary blade. CONSTITUTION: A tape cutter for a component mounting device comprises a frame(10), a fixed blade(20), a rotary blade(30), and a drive motor(33). The frame is installed in a part-mounter. The fixed blade is prepared in the frame. The rotary blade is installed to be adjacent to the fixed blade and rotates and cuts the wasted tape located in the fixed blade. The drive motor rotates the rotary blade. The rotary shaft of the drive motor is coupled with a joint part which formed at the center of the rotary blade.
