<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a pull-out position for an earphone cable from a strap is changed when the length of a shoulder strap is changed, and the cable can not be pulled out at an optimum distance position from the top part of the shoulder strap. <P>SOLUTION: The shoulder strap 1 includes a strap body part 2 whose both end parts are locked to a portable electronic device 112 and a bent part at the center part is put on the shoulder, and a cable length adjusting part 3 provided with both of the function of restraining an accessory cable 113 provided at the strap body part 2 and connected at one end part to the portable electronic device along the strap body part and the function of adjusting the length of the accessory cable 113.
