摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible organic photoelectric conversion element using a flexible substrate which can attain compatibility for both superior energy conversion efficiency and mechanical strength, such as durability against bending. <P>SOLUTION: The organic photoelectric conversion element includes a photoelectric conversion layer 15 and a hole transport layer 14, or an electron transport layer 16 between a first electrode 12 and a second electrode 13, wherein the photoelectric conversion layer contains a p-type semiconductor material and an n-type semiconductor material, and the hole transfer layer or electron transport layer contains a metal oxide layer, in which the ratio of carbon element to metallic element is 1-15%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
