PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology allowing a user to receive necessary information and messages according to already accumulated information about the user without making any request from the user.

SOLUTION: An information providing system includes: a portable information terminal containing information about the user; a database which is connected to a network to obtain the information about the user from the portable information terminal via radio communication, accumulates the obtained information, and analyzes the obtained information about the user based on the already accumulated information about the user and other information; and an information providing device providing information and instructions necessary for the user to the user via the portable information terminal based on the analysis result analyzed by the database.
