<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper structure capable of bringing its vibration characteristic to a target one, and to continue stable operation of a rotating machine while suppressing the occurrence of any unstable vibration. <P>SOLUTION: The damper structure 10 provided on a shaft end 3a extending outwardly from a bearing of a shaft 3 supported by the bearing comprises a sleeve 11 provided on an outer circumference of the shaft end 3a, a housing 12 provided with a spacing in the radial direction of the shaft 3 from the sleeve 11, and a moving unit 13 for relatively moving the housing 12 and the sleeve 11 in the axial direction. A squeeze film S (S1) is formed between an outer circumferential surface 11a of the sleeve 11 and an inner circumferential surface 12b of the housing 12 opposite to each other, and a forming area of the squeeze film S(S1) is changeable. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
