PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an "information processor and text read out method" that can make natural talk-back by assembling natural voice phrases even when some part of the informational is missing. SOLUTION: The information processor 100 for reproducing music includes a vocal read out means 6, a memory 10 storing text templates for responses to the user's questions and text template conversion rules, an input means 2 to input user's questions, and a control means 1 to obtain music data and their related music information from the devices storing music data. The control means 1 selects a text template corresponding to the question by analyzing the user's questions for the music, finds out the letters to replace the signs needed to replace in the text template from the musical information of the music, changes the text template by checking whether they are reproducible in voice or not, and produces the text to read in voice by using the changed text template to make the vocal read out means read it.
