PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further safely and further smoothly perform work such as suspension and transfer of a heavy load in the water by a diver, regardless of any of the vertical movement of a work ship due to waves. SOLUTION: Mutual two points of a chain 24 for carrying a load are short-circuited, and both ends of a rubber band 26 are fixed to the chain 24, so that a part 24a short-circuited by the rubber band 26 of the chain 24, extends in the rubber band 26 in response to the load carried by the chain 24, and the substantial length changes. Thus, a hoisting accessory 22 for underwater work is suspended in the water from above a ship of the work ship, and even if the work ship vertically swings by waves in a state of being wound on debris 10 of the water bottom, the vertical movement of the work ship can be absorbed when the substantial length of the part 24a short-circuited by the rubber band 26 of the chain 24, changes in response to the extension of the rubber band 26.
