PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the precision of image blur correction by suppressing an error of an estimation result of image blur when correcting image blur by combining a plurality of captured images. SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus 1 creates a corrected image CP by combining a plurality of captured images P1 to Pn (or a plurality of captured images resulting from filtering these captured images P1 to Pn) based on an evaluation result of the image blur appearing in the plurality of captured images P1 to Pn. Furthermore, the image processing apparatus 1 repeatedly evaluates the image blur of the plurality of captured images P1 to Pn by using the corrected image CP as a new reference image, and repeatedly creates the corrected image CP based on the evaluation result of the image blur generated repeatedly.
