PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro confluence channel structure which can more adequately control the flow of a raw material fluid. SOLUTION: The micro confluence channel structure 32 possesses three or more confluence units 34. The confluence units 34 are constituted of two or more inflow channels, a confluence part jointing the inflow channels and one outflow channel extending in a downstream direction from the confluence part. One confluence unit 34 is arranged at the farther downstream side of the micro confluence channel structure 32 of which the outflow channel 33d is the exit from the micro confluence channel structure, the outflow channels of the other confluence units 34 are the inflow channels for the confluence units of farther downstream sides, and the rest inflow channels 33a, 33b are the inlets to the micro confluence channel structure 32.
