PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft bag having an inside capable of giving off a sense of high quality as well as the appearance. SOLUTION: An outer material 2 and a first lining 3 composing a side plate 1 of the bag are folded back, respectively, the vicinity of the end part of the side plate is sewn while the folded parts abut on each other (the sewn part is indicated by numeral 60), and a gore part 5 is clamped by the first lining 3 and a second lining 4 further on the inner side from the first lining. The gore part 5 and the first lining 3 and the second lining 4 clamping it have a part projecting to at least the side of the outer material 2, and parts in the vicinity of the front end of the gore part 5, the first lining 3, and the second lining 4 are sewn (the sewn part is indicated by numeral 61).
