<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy to open check valve by fitting a lip on an upper portion of the check valve with respect to a check valve bringing about an effect of preventing a counter flow of air, fluid or the like by making a seal by applying a meltdown process to a polyethylene film. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A check valve 1 with a lip is provided with a seal 2, a meltdown-processed seal 3, a seat 4 and a folded seat 5. The seal 2 and the meltdown-processed seal 3 are provided in the seat 4 and the seat 5.
