Ž<P>SOLUTION: When fluid in a high temperature room 1 is heated or burned and fluid in a low temperature room 3 is cooled, a piston A with a partition plate is moved upward due to a push-force and pull-force. When the piston A reaches an upper position, a high and low temperature room communication passage 9 is opened. When the piston A with the partition plate is moved downward by equalizing the inner pressure in the high temperature room 1 and the low temperature room 3, the fluid is introduced into the high temperature room 1 from the outside while the fluid in the high temperature room flows into the low temperature room.
