<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly feed back driving operations and road surface conditions to a driver. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A notification signal generating section 24 calculates an average value (an average driving current) Ida of driving currents Idr of each damper 4 in step S21, and then determines whether the value of the average driving current Ida exceeds a predetermined first notification determination threshold value Ith1 in step S22. If the determination in step S22 becomes Yes because of a steep turn or sudden acceleration/deceleration of a vehicle V, the notification signal generating section 24 generates a vibration notification signal Sb by multiplying the average driving current Ida with a predetermined first gain in step S24, and then drives both vibrators 15 and 17 based on the vibration notification signal Sb in step S25. Thereby, the driver feels vibration on the sole through an accelerator pedal Pa or a brake pedal Pb, and recognizes the execution of a sudden steering operation or acceleration/brake operation.
