<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of crease on a tubular body. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The tubular body 21 is formed of thermoplastic material in an endless state in the circumferential direction of a tire and has an outer periphery 21a attached with a tread 22. A flat section 23 is formed to continuously extend in the circumferential direction of the tire. Plural split tube bodies 30, formed in endless states in the circumferential direction of the tire, are juxtaposed about a tube axis C extending in the circumferential direction of the tire. Under such states, side ends 31, placed adjacent to each other, are joined and formed. The side ends, placed adjacent to each other, are located at the flat section.
