<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning tool in which a handle and a head can be detached from each other by which the head hardly comes off from the handle even though impact acts on the head, further the head can be attached to the handle again even in the case where the head comes off from the handle. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The head 20 of the cleaning tool 1 is constituted by forming a nonwoven cloth of a triple-layer structure by entangling three kinds of webs with different fibrous compositions comprising a high melting point fiber and a low melting point fiber by a needle punching method and forming the same in a tray shape under the temperature at which only the low melting point fiber melts. Thereby, the head 20 has a structure having an attaching layer attachable to and detachable from a mail face fastener part 12b of the handle 10, a wiping layer in the lower layer into which cleaning liquid can be impregnated, and a shape keeping layer in a middle layer having higher rigidity than that of the attaching layer and the wiping layer. The head 20 itself can be directly attached to and detached from the mail face fastener part 12b of the handle 10, thereby the head 20 hardly comes off from the handle 10 even when impact acts on the head 20 during cleaning operation, the cleaning tool has high impact resistance.
