<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle-mounting structure for spinning reels, which prevents progress of buckling of the handle shaft end part when the handle shaft is screwed into and mounted on a master gear. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A handle assembly 1 includes a part 70f for preventing buckling progress, that is integrally formed at the tip end of the internal tubular part 70b of a tubular member 70, is mounted to be contacted with the handle shaft from the end part of the body tubular part 70c of the master gear shaft 10 through the bearing 17 support part of the master gear shaft 10 to the outer peripheral part of the outside in the shaft direction in screwing the handle shaft 7 into the master gear shaft 10 and is contacted with the inner ring 17a of the bearing 17.
