PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive polymer solution forming a transparent conductive layer hardly forming sliding mark. SOLUTION: The conductive polymer solution includes a π-conjugated conductive polymer, a polyanion, a slip property imparting agent, and a solvent, wherein the slip property imparting agent includes at least one selected from silicone, a fluororesin, and a fluorine-based surfactant.
