<p>Provided is a strip line filter wherein a desired harmonic frequency can be easily set, while suppressing the fundamental wave frequency without increasing the dimensions of a substrate. Glass layers (3, 4) of the strip line filter have a dielectric constant lower than that of a dielectric substrate (2). Upper surface lines (20A-20D) are the lines arranged on the upper surface of the dielectric substrate (2), and have resonance open ends. Upper surface lines (30A-30D, 40A-40C) and a side surface electrode extend to the glass layers (3, 4) from the connecting positions with the upper surface lines (20A-20D).</p> |
