PURPOSE: Trousers are provided to enable a user to push his/her hand in both pockets only with one hand because another pocket is sewn to the lateral of a pocket and to use both pockets only with one hand. CONSTITUTION: Trousers enabling a user to use both pockets only with one hand include: an inside entrance(3) which is formed in one side of the normal pocket; and a Velcro tape tape(2) which is formed in the upper end of the inside entrance. A patient or the disabled can use both pockets of the trousers only with one hand conveniently.
