PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a water-permeable block for an interior and exterior landscape architecture is provided to purify harmful materials contained in rainwater using far infrared rays and the radiating anion. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a water-permeable block for an interior and exterior landscape architecture comprises the following steps: inserting 35wt% of ammonite powder, 25wt% of scoria powder, 35wt% of illite powder, and 5wt% of tourmaline powder into a first mixer; mixing for 15~18 minutes to form a tile block binder; mixing 20% of binder with 80% of mixture including chips, axial light gravels, soil-cement and water; and coating the upper side of concrete with the tile block binder; and drying.
