PURPOSE: An axle apparatus of heavy construction equipment with a parking brake is provided to maintain quality and performance even if there is external shock or foreign material by controlling the parking and the braking by individually driving a parking piston and a brake piston in the housing of an axle. CONSTITUTION: An axle apparatus of heavy construction equipment with a parking brake comprises a drive shaft(4), a brake disk unit(7), a brake piston cover(30), a parking piston cover, a parking piston(50), a brake piston(60), a return spring, and a push pin member. The drive shaft revolves in an axle housing. The brake disk unit includes a press plate(5) and a disc(6), is connected to a disk mounting unit(3) and limits the rotation of the drive shaft. The brake piston cover includes a brake hydraulic port(33). The parking piston cover comprises a parking hydraulic port. The parking piston moves in the direction separated from the press plate at the end of parking operation. The brake piston moves in order to approach the press plate in the operation of the brake. The return spring supports one side of the brake piston in the direction that the brake piston goes away from the press plate. When the push pin member makes contact with the brake piston by the brake operation, leading end of one side of the push pin member pushes the press plate.
