PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing Suaeda japonica extract with increased antioxidant property by irradiation and the Suaeda japonica extract manufactured thereby are provided to increase antioxidant activity with radiation irradiation. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing Suaeda japonica extract with increased antioxidant property includes the following: irradiating radiation to Suaeda japonica; irradiating the radiation before extraction of Suaeda japonica; and irradiating radiation to Suaeda japonica after extract of Suaeda japonica. A solvent is water or an organic solvent. The organic solvent is an alcohol solvent of carbon number 1 ~ 10.
