PURPOSE: A cable installation apparatus with a nipple whose inner diameter is changeable is provided to provide an optimal installation environment by changing the diameter of a cable installation apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of bodies(210) is arranged along the columnar direction. A plurality of resilient pads(230) is arranged along the columnar direction and located between the bodies. A cable is installed in the inner surface of the body through the pneumatic pressure inside the tube. A recess is formed so that a hollow space can be offered to a movement passageway of the cable.
