PURPOSE: A substrate for a light emitting diode(LED) lamp is provided to reduce a time for being manufactured by locating a transparent film including a printed circuit-trace between transparent glasses. CONSTITUTION: An upper transparent glass(10) and a lower transparent glass(11) are located at the upper part and the lower part. A transparent film(20) is located between the transparent glasses. A circuit-trace(21) is printed on one side of the transparent film. A plurality of LED chips(30) is fixed to the circuit-trace. The thicknesses of the LED chips are similar or equal to that of the circuit-trace.
