<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anterior eye part related cell sheet or a three-dimensional structure with few mechanism defects in which cells, a desmosome mechanism between the cells, and base membrane-like protein between base materials are collected in a held state. <P>SOLUTION: The cells are cultivated on a cell culture support body in which the base material surface is covered with a temperature responsive polymer of which the upper limit or lower limit critical solution temperature to water is 0-80°C, a culture cell layer is stratified as occasion demands, after that, (1) the culture medium temperature is converted into not lower than the upper limit critical solution temperature or not higher than the lower limit critical solution temperature, as occasion demands, (2) the cultivated anterior eye part related cell sheet or the three-dimensional structure is stuck to a high poly membrane, and (3) the anterior eye part related cell sheet or the three-dimensional structure is manufactured by directly exfoliating it with the high poly membrane. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
