CYLINDRICAL BONDED MAGNET, METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME, AND BAR-SHAPED MAGNETIC BODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical bonded magnet which has excellent productivity and is magnetized to multiple poles in an axial direction.

SOLUTION: The cylindrical bonded magnet is formed of magnetic powder and resin. The cylindrical bonded magnet is a single molded body, and is magnetized to multiple poles of N poles and S poles alternately in the axial direction. The cylindrical bonded magnet is magnetized to multiple poles of the even number of at least four poles or more alternately. When a surface magnetic flux is measured along an axial direction of a side surface of the cylindrical bonded magnet, surface magnetic flux density distribution forms a sinusoidal waveform with both ends as bars.
