PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool capable of ensuring high accuracy even when a hob and an arbor are constituted of separate members. SOLUTION: The tool is provided with the hob 1 and the arbor 2 for supporting the hob 1, and in the tool, the hob 1 and the arbor 2 are constituted of separate members. The arbor 2 includes a manufacturing time support part comprising a through-hole taper surface 6 and a screw hole taper surface 9 for supporting the arbor 2 in manufacturing of the hob 1; and a use time support part comprising a taper cone 12 and a shaft part end taper surface 20 for supporting the arbor 2 in use of the hob 1.
