PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately compute an internal resistance value of an assembly battery. SOLUTION: The internal resistance value of the assembly battery 2 is computed. Charge and discharge currents; battery temperature, and the temperature of a service plug box 22 is computed on the basis of ambient temperature to compute a resistance value of the service plug box 22.
