PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily replace a cutter wheel in a cutter for cutting resin or the like. SOLUTION: The cutter wheel 34A is held at the lower end of a cutter holder 30A. A holding hole 43 for holding the cutter holder 30A is provided on a holder joint 40A. A mount part 36 is provided on the top of the cutter holder 30A, and the cutter holder is mounted on the holder joint 40A.
