PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation angle detector detecting a rotation angle more accurately than a conventional one. SOLUTION: The rotation angle detector 101 comprises: a magnet part 110 comprising a ring magnet attached to a rotary shaft 3; and a detection part 120 having a magnetic detection element 121 disposed above or below the magnet.
