PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microinjection apparatus simultaneously introducing an introduction material into a plurality of cells, and improving treatment efficiency. SOLUTION: The microinjection apparatus is designed to introduce the introduction material into each body to be introduced by inserting a microinjection needle 11 filled with the introduction material in the interior thereof into the body to be introduced. The microinjection apparatus includes a vessel position regulating means 1, an image-pickup means 2, a position deciding means 3, and a plurality of transporting means 4. The vessel position regulating means 1 regulates the position of a vessel 12 housing the body to be introduced. The image pick-up means 2 picks up an image of the interior of the vessel 12 in a position regulated with the vessel position regulating means 1 through a lens 2a. The position deciding means 3 decides the position of the body to be introduced from the image obtained by the image pick-up means 2. The plurality of transporting means 4 individually move the plurality of injection needles 11 according to the positional information obtained by the position deciding means 3 for each injection needle 11.
