PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peptide improving the efficiency of delivering gene to cells and/or tissues. SOLUTION: The peptide is an efficient transfection transporter polypeptide including an An-B-An moiety, wherein the moiety B is 70% homologous relative to an amino acid sequence consisting of a specific sequence; A is Arg-Gly-Asp; n is 0-2; and the moieties A and B are covalently bonded.
