PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the removal and insertion of a leg of a wearer in a wearing state by a relatively simple structure, and to easily secure the safety of the body of the wearer. SOLUTION: In the seat device for a vehicle provided with a child seat 2 so as to be able to be stored in a vehicle seat 1, the child seat 2 is arranged from a back rest 6 of the vehicle seat 1 along a seat 3 at use and is provided with a bag-like child seat body 11 into which the wearer enters in a state that the wearer sits on the vehicle seat 1. An opening/closing fastener 19 for opening and closing at least an upper part at a front side of the child seat body 11 to right and left sides is provided in a longitudinal direction from an upper end at a front side of the child seat body 11 to a front end side.
