PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypropylene sheet which is excellent in transparency and ensures a low transparency decreasing rate with time, and a formed body obtained from the sheet. SOLUTION: The polypropylene sheet is a sheet of 0.1-1.0 mm thickness obtained by melt-extruding a polypropylene homopolymer (A) satisfying the following requirements (1) to (4) obtained by using a metallocene catalyst at a resin temperature of ≥180°C to form a molten sheet, and cooling the molten sheet at a cooling rate of 50-100°C/s. The HAZE of the polypropylene sheet in terms of 1 mm thickness (HAZE(t)) is ≤40%, and when the sheet is held at 40°C for 8 days, a HAZE increasing rate is ≤1.5. (1) An MFR is 0.1-10 g/10 min, (2) a melting point measured by DSC is 145-165°C, (3) an Mw to Mn ratio measured by GPC is 2-3.5, and (4) an elution integrated value up to 90°C measured by CFC is ≤4%.
