PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory drive device for minimizing the probability of data loss due to the instantaneous interruption of a power source, and for reducing the acquisition time of a network. SOLUTION: This memory drive device 2 is configured of: an SRAM(first storage means) 6 having a power source backup function; a nonvolatile flash memory(second storage means) 7; and a controller(control means) 3 for performing the reception of data 10 transmitted from a host(external device) 1 and the transfer of control information 9 with the host 1 and the synchronous control of the SRAM 6 and the flash memory 7. In this implementation configurations, a power source 8 supplies a voltage V to a controller 3, a flash memory 7 and a charging circuit 5 of the memory drive device 2.
