<p>Two or more displacement sensors (26a, 26b) arranged along a row (21N) of nozzles in the bottom surface of an inkjet head measure, in multiple regions of a substrate stage, the distances between the surface of the substrate stage and the displacement sensors (26a, 26b). The angle formed by the row (21N) of nozzles and the surface of the substrate stage is calculated. The optimum mounting angle of the inkjet head (21) which is rotatably mounted to a rotation shaft (24) so that the angle formed by the row (21N) of nozzles and the surface of the substrate stage can be changed is calculated. The inkjet head mounting angle is rotationally adjusted. Thus, in a method of adjusting the inkjet head mounting position and a head position control method for an inkjet device, when nozzle holes are provided at least in a row in the inkjet head, the distances between the surface to which ink is discharged and opposite ends of the row of the nozzles can be optimized on the basis of the angle between the surface and the row of the nozzles.</p> |
