The drive has a housing (11) for receiving lubricating oil using a drive element (26) rotated in a bearing arrangement (30), where the drive element is immersed in the lubricating oil. A container (12) with constant volume variably regulates the lubricating oil depending on operating parameters i.e. certain rotation speed, of the drive. The lubricating oil is conveyed to the container by a pressure restoration using the bearing arrangement of the rotated drive element. The container is connected with the housing by a flexible tube (18).
