PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet which prevents the peeling strength from being lowered even after performing heat resistance test or the like and further prevents whitening of a processing part from occurring even when bending processing or pulling processing is applied. SOLUTION: A transparent resin layer 5 coming into contact with an anchor coat layer 3 comprises a mixture of 40 to 90 parts weight of a polypropylene resin, 10 to 40 parts weight of an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer resin and 1 to 50 parts weight of a soft resin which is a copolymer resin obtained by copolymerizing propylene as a main raw material and at least one kind of ethylene and α-olefin, wherein a modulus of tensile elasticity prescribed by JIS-Z1702 satisfies 1 to 800 MPa.
