BIOACTIVE TISSUE REGENERATION FILM AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

Provided is a double-deck composite structured bioactive tissue regeneration film which has a tissue isolation layer consisting of silk fibroins, and a tissue induction layer adhered to the tissue isolation layer, which consists of silk fibroin beams or silk fibroin beams mixed with biological active factors. The film is smooth and dense on one side, with loose porous structure on the other side. A method for preparing the bioactive tissue regeneration film is also provided. The method comprises the following steps: the silk fibroin solution is swollen, stirred, deaired and casted into film; one side of the film is scratched to be coarsened; the silk fibroin solution or the silk fibroin solution mixed with biological active factors is coated on the scratched side; the film is obtained after freezing, vacuum drying and demoulding. The film is nontoxic and harmless, has perfect biocompatibility, promote the adherence and growth of cells, and can be used for substituting collagen in clinical medicine.
