PURPOSE: A reflection structure of an omni-directional which does not have color change according to view angles, a display device with the same and a manufacture method thereof are provided to easily perform chromaticity control. CONSTITUTION: A reflective film(300) is included in a plurality of nano particles(200). The reflective film by turns repeatedly deposits a first layer(10) and a second level(20). The reflective film has the random height with a plurality of nano particles. The first layer and the second level have the different refractive index.
