PURPOSE: An apparatus for an abrading measurement of a micro cutting tool and a method are provided to easily measure the bottom of a tool without vertically standing a camera. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for an abrading measurement of a micro cutting tool comprises a front edge portion of a lens. The bottom surface of a tool is easily measured without standing vertically a whole camera while the front edge portion is bent in an angle of 90 degrees. A camera fixing part is easy to set the position setting while the camera mount fixed to rotation and a hinge is bent in an angle of 90 degrees.
