<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably manufacture a polycarbonate resin sheet, on which fine projections are shaped, by a shape extrusion method. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the polycarbonate resin sheet, a fused polycarbonate resin material (A component) is held between a shaping roll with fine recesses formed on the surface and a cooling roll facing opposite to the shaping roll, thereby forming the polycarbonate sheet, on which fine projections are shaped. The method is characterized in that (I) a sheet is manufactured which has a thickness of 0.8-3 mm and a projection height of 20-300 μm and which has an H/D in the range of 0.3-1 where H (μm) is the height and D (μm) is the width of the projections, and that (II), as the A component for the manufacturing, a polycarbonate resin material is used in which a melt viscosity η<SB>1</SB>at the shear rate of 6.08 sec<SP>-1</SP>and a melt viscosity η<SB>2</SB>at the shear rate of 60.8 sec<SP>-1</SP>as measured at 280°C by a capillary rheometer satisfy a formula (1) 0.03<log(η<SB>1</SB>/η<SB>2</SB>)<0.5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
