PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a legged permeable type wave dissipating structure having a sufficient wave-dissipating property against constant ocean waves and waves in a heavy storm such as a typhoon and an abnormal tidal level so as to appropriately prevent the erosion of the sea coast. SOLUTION: The wave dissipating slit structure body 11 of the legged permeable type wave dissipating structure includes: a tilting plate 21 installed so as to tilt upward at a predetermined angleαtoward a coast-side from an offshore-side; an offshore-side wall 22 installed so as to rise from the upper face of the tilting plate 21 at a predetermined position away from the offshore-side end of the tilting plate 21 and to tilt at a predetermined tilting angleβtoward the coast-side from the offshore-side; and an externally projecting coast-side wall 23 installed so as to rise from the upper face of the coast-side end of the tilting plate 21 and to cover the coast-side upper section of the tilting plate 21 toward the offshore-side from the coast side.
