PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle locking structure in a circuit breaker for surely locking a handle without enlarging the circuit breaker. SOLUTION: A locking hole 20 is formed on a knob section 2a of the handle 2. Further, in a locking member 3 having a base 3a for inhibiting a circuit opening and closing operation of the handle 2 by keeping in contact with an opening 5 edge of a body case 1a and a fitting-in section 3b wherein the knob section 2a is fitted in, notches 7, 8 for exposing the locking hole 20 while the knob section 2a is fitted in are arranged on the fitting-in section 3b.
