PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold releasing sheet which is excellent in mold release properties, antistatic properties, and wettability and does not foul an adherend after mold release. SOLUTION: In the mold releasing sheet, a functional layer is formed on a substrate. The functional layer contains a metal oxide and an acid-modified polyolefin resin wherein the content of the metal oxide is 30-2,000 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the acid-modified polyolefin resin, and the ratio of the modifying acid component of the acid-modified polyolefin resin is 1-15 mass%.
