PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device mounted with a rotary switch mechanism capable of discharging static electricity in a desired direction while cost increase is restrained. SOLUTION: The electronic device 10 is provided with a rotary switch mechanism 17 including an operation part 39 and a switch mechanism part 40. The switch mechanism part 40 is provided with an electronic circuit board 69 in which a conductive pattern 72 and a discharging pattern 75 are formed, a first contact member 61, and a second contact member 62. The first contact member 61 has conductivity with its fitting part 61a electrically insulated and fitted with the operation part 39, and energizes the electronic circuit board 69 by a leg part 61b extending toward the electronic circuit board 69 from there. The second contact member 62 has conductivity with its fitting part 62a connected electrically and fitted with the operation part 39, and energizes the electronic circuit board 69 by a leg part 62b extending toward the electronic circuit board 69 from the fitting part 62a so as to contact with the discharging pattern 75 irrespective of a rotating operation of the operation part 39.
