<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid absorption member for a microscope, preventing the degradation of a function due to the intrusion of an immersion liquid into the microscope and reducing the load of cleaning work, and also to provide an objective lens equipped with the liquid absorption member for the microscope, a condenser lens, and the microscope. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The liquid absorption member 1 comprises: a knob 1a clamped when the liquid absorption member 1 attached to an immersion lens is removed from the immersion lens; and an absorption part 1b covering the top end of the immersion lens and absorbing and holding the immersion liquid dropped from the lens surface of the immersion lens.
