<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that, with respect to functions in the conventional ultrasonic cleaner, an output power changes in accordance with an change of load conditions in a cleaning tank, therefore, cleaning unevenness occurs and, although manually performing the tuning of frequency in order to maintain the output power constantly as a means for solving the cleaning unevenness, it becomes difficult to meet the need of cleaning by means of the ultrasonic cleaner interlocked with an automatic device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The ultrasonic cleaner has such a function as to automatically perform the tuning of frequency suited to load conditions even when the load conditions in a cleaning tank change, and has such a function as to make a high frequency current of output coincide with the phase of voltage and the constant current control function for providing constant supply current and, thereby, a stable output power can be supplied and, thereby, the cleaning unevenness can be prevented.
