<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly generate an image file of image data obtained by reading a document, and to cause a device for displaying or printing the image data to execute appropriate image processing. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This image processor includes: a document detection section 14 for detecting, based on image data of a document image, an image processing condition to be applied in displaying or printing the document image; a drawing command generation section 43 for generating a drawing command for controlling a computer to cause the computer to perform display or printing after applying image processing based on the image processing condition, in displaying or printing the document image; and a formatting process section 44 for generating an image file in which the drawing command is added to the image data before applying image processing.
