<p>Disclosed is a slide fastener wherein engagement in the right and left direction is performed by alternately engaging the engagement neck portions (12N, 13N) and the engagement head portions (12H, 13H) formed, respectively, in a pair of first and second rows of elements (12, 13) on the right and left, and engagement in the front and rear direction is performed by engaging the rear latch portions, formed on the front surface of the respective engagement head portions (12H, 13H) in the first and second rows of elements (12, 13), alternately with the front latch portions, formed on the side and the front surface of the engagement head portions (12H, 13H) or the engagement neck portions (12N, 13N). The extension length of the front latch portions in the first row of elements (12) is set shorter than the extension length of the front latch portions in the second row of elements (13).</p> |
